Twenty members of St. Amant High School’s choir recently traveled to New York City to perform at Carnegie Hall–one of the most prestigious venues in the world for classical and popular music–for the National Band and Festival. The choir performed with the National Youth Honor Choir on the famed stage under the direction of Dr. André Thomas. During their visit, the students were also able to explore the city, which included a visit to the Statue of Liberty and taking in a Broadway show.
