The St. George Fire Department, in partnership with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, is spreading holiday cheer while collecting non-perishable food items and new, unwrapped toys for those in need.
Now through December 15, keep an eye out for Santa as he makes his rounds atop a fire engine, tossing candy to delighted onlookers. Volunteers will follow close behind to collect your generous donations.
Santa Parade Safety Tips
- Stay safe: Do not approach the moving fire engine.
- Donate smartly: Hand donations to volunteers in the vehicles behind Santa.
- Mind your pets: Keep furry friends indoors as the parade crew can be loud.
Haven’t spotted Santa yet? Don’t worry! In true holiday spirit, Santa will also be responding to emergencies along the way. Please be patient as he balances his busy schedule and returns to the parade route.
