Parents in Baton Rouge, mark your calendars! On Wednesday, February 12, from 6–7 p.m. at LSU’s Pete Maravich Assembly Center, the Planting Seeds of Hope 2025 event returns for its second year, bringing the community together for an important conversation about mental health.

Hosted by Rain Will Bring Flowers Foundation, in partnership with LSU Athletics, The LCLUB, Our Lady of the Lake Health, and The Joe Burrow Foundation, this free event is designed to raise mental health awareness and encourage open dialogue in a supportive environment.

The evening will be moderated by Ryan Clark of The Pivot Podcast and will feature an inspiring panel with NFL star DJ Chark and mental health advocate Emma Benoit of My Ascension. In addition, the conversation will be supported by LSU & Our Lady of the Lake’s Dr. Ray Tucker and Sherrard Crespo of VIA LINK, Inc./2-1-1, who will provide expert insights and resources.

As parents, we know how crucial mental well-being is for our children, teens, and even ourselves. Planting Seeds of Hope 2025 offers an opportunity to learn from experts, hear inspiring stories, and connect with valuable resources. Whether you’re looking for guidance, support, or simply a space to engage in meaningful conversation, this event is a must-attend.
