Central Intermediate School will soon be home to the Taylor Conrad Memorial Playground for special needs children and adults. “This project is a wonderful example of what can be done when we work together as a community,” Superintendent Jason Fountain says. “This facility will allow our special needs children, those with physical disabilities, those with autism and or conditions, to have access to equipment that allows them to play.” The playground will be named after Taylor Conrad, a former Central High School Graduate who was killed in active duty.
