Hosted every year on Memorial Day weekend, the Jambalaya Festival is a don’t-miss event in Gonzales. Several cooks will be stirring the pot at this annual festival, which includes carnival games, rides, and a variety of food! Stay and watch as the best jambalaya cook is crowned as the king of cooks!
