At Elemental Health, accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, adults 18+ with commercial insurance can access an intensive outpatient program—nine hours a week of evidence-based therapy over six to eight weeks. Clients are assessed quickly, meet with Dr. Khan in-house within days, and receive a customized plan. They work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, body image concerns, and other mental health issues—ensuring support for a wide range of needs.
Known for its welcoming environment and compassionate staff, Elemental Health helps clients move from crisis to stability—and back to participating fully in everyday life. If a higher level of support is needed, patients can voluntarily admit to Regions Behavioral Hospital, a calm, therapeutic 24-bed unit. After stabilization, they may return to Elemental Health if they wish, bridging the gap between crisis and long-term wellness.
