What is your educational philosophy? Our philosophy is best described in the quote from Bev Bos: “If it hasn’t been in the hand…and the body…it can’t be in the brain!”
What are the qualifications and experience levels of your teachers and staff? Our teachers and support staff have a variety of qualifications from early childhood degrees to enriching, quality experience.
How do you communicate with parents about their child’s progress and daily experiences? Each family has the opportunity to see and chat with their child’s caregiver on a daily basis allowing family and staff to build relationships and form close bonds.
What is your approach to handling challenging behaviors or conflicts among children? Providing an environment where children can freely explore and are allowed an abundance of outside time will go a long way in eliminating conflict and challenging behaviors.
What health and safety measures do you have in place, and how do you respond to emergencies? All reasonable measures are taken to provide a healthy and safe environment. Emergencies are handled according to the specific incident.
