What is the school’s mission and philosophy? Great Hearts Academies is the country’s leading provider of classical education. We are dedicated to cultivating the minds and hearts of students through the pursuit of Truth, Goodness, and Beauty.

 

How does the school differentiate itself from other private schools in the area? Great Hearts Harveston is a tuition-free charter school that offers a private-school caliber education in a public school setting with a rigorous curriculum, nurturing environment, and classical approach.

Are there advanced placement, honors programs, or dual enrollment classes available?

There are three pathways to earning college credit while attending a Great Hearts Academy.

Dual Enrollment, Advanced Placement, and CLEP Testing.

 

What extracurricular activities and clubs are available?

Sports: football, basketball, soccer, track & field, cross country, volleyball, baseball, softball, swimming, dance 

Club: chess, art, book, Tumbles, Girls on the Run, Young Rembrandts, Drawing, Afterschool program
