Blessingway Doula, L3C provides compassionate, evidence-based support for women through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester. Founded by certified doula Lara Kling, Blessingway Doula blends calm presence, advocacy, and holistic education to ensure families are informed, supported, and emotionally cared for throughout their journey into parenthood.

Lara offers comprehensive doula care, including prenatal preparation, on-call labor support, hands-on comfort techniques, partner guidance, and early postpartum care. Her philosophy centers on honoring the mother’s intuition, creating a grounded birth environment, and helping families feel safe, confident, and connected during one of life’s most powerful transitions.

Blessingway Doula also incorporates the 4th Trimester Fitness® Method, a research-based movement program designed specifically for preparation for birth, preparation for partner and postpartum recovery. These classes support core and pelvic floor health, reduce discomfort, and help mothers rebuild strength with techniques aligned to the body’s natural healing process.

Serving Ascension Parish and surrounding areas, Blessingway Doula also hosts a weekly community meet-up, #WalkWorkoutCoffee, offering connection and gentle wellness support for expecting and new mothers.
