In 2016 I felt like I needed to do something to help small businesses owners who were affected by the flood. After lots of prayer, I took my first steps into opening our Hwy 16 store front that would be an umbrella for local small businesses to grow. In 2017 we expanded our Hwy 16 location to grow into a larger lady’s apparel boutique and gift shop. In 2020 we took an even larger leap of faith. We signed a lease for Juban Square shopping center that would open for business in July 2021. I was blessed a year ago this month when my beautiful daughter joined the Bayou Belle team. We have grown incredibly close, and it makes me proud to see her become the woman I imagined when I first held her in my arms. This has been such an amazing journey with my path crossing so many wonderful people who have become very dear to me. I started Bayou Belle Boutique as a place where we could relax, shop, and share testimonies about the glory of God. I could have never imagined that Bayou Belle would grow the way it did and impact so many people. We will continue to stick to the core principle to put God in the center of all we do.
