Book lovers and community members are invited to the second Denham Springs Book Swap on Sunday, November 17, from 5-7 p.m. at Mustard Seed Creamery’s side alley.
Participants can drop off gently used books on Friday, November 15, from 5-7 p.m. at Mustard Seed Creamery, or bring them during swap hours. For every book dropped off, participants will get a ticket to swap for another book. Simply bring books to share and take home something new!
Whitney Andrus, founder of Half Belly Health, emphasizes the importance of gathering over shared interests, “Community connection is central to well-being. When we engage, laugh, and learn together, it strengthens our health and happiness in ways that go beyond what we read or eat.”
Interested attendees can follow the event on Facebook by searching Denham Springs Book Swap.
