Congratulations to all the talented students who recently took part in the Poetry Competition at Capitol Park Museum, presented by the EBR Division of Schools. Among the winners of the third annual competition were Shania Williams of McKinley High School, who claimed the top prize for “Rhythm, Our Blues.” The Tara High team, which included Bralinn Edwards, Oneethia Walker, and Aja Cummings, finished in second place for “For All Those..” Northeast High’s MacKenzie Langley claimed third place with “Am I a Threat?” Hats off to these students for their outstanding work!
