It’s time for crawfish and lots of it! The Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival will take place on Friday, May 3; Saturday, May 4; and Sunday, May 5 in Breaux Bridge. The festival plans to host more than 30 bands during the three-day festival. Crawfish will be available in every imaginable way–boiled, fried, in an étouffée, bisque, boudin, pie, jambalaya, and so much more!
