Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas (15oz), rinsed and dried
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. parsley
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. celery seed
- ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place the chickpeas into a bowl, pour the olive oil on top, and toss to coat.
- Combine the spices and add them to the bowl, tossing the chickpeas until uniformly coated.
- Spread the chickpeas onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until crunchy.
