Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas (15oz), rinsed and dried
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. parsley
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. celery seed
  • ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the chickpeas into a bowl, pour the olive oil on top, and toss to coat. 
  3. Combine the spices and add them to the bowl, tossing the chickpeas until uniformly coated.
  4. Spread the chickpeas onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until crunchy.
