Brandon Terrance, a ninth grader at Lee Magnet High School, is an excellent swimmer who has been swimming since he was in third grade. He proudly swims for Lee, and he also recently qualified for state. Brandon swims year round and practices every day, but he keeps his grades up, consistently making As and Bs in his classes.

Even though he is just a freshman, Brandon’s currently taking Algebra 2, Chemistry and a few AP courses (math and science classes are his favorite). He stays involved by being a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Duke TIP Program. When he gets older, he hopes to become an engineer. This goal is quite possible because Brandon is also a great test taker, a very unique trait to have. He will also succeed because he truly values his education, so much so, that he’s constantly checking Parent Access to make sure his grades are where they need to be.

This sport-oriented teen also plays baseball and enjoys cheering on the Falcons and the Patriots. If you happen to meet him, he’s most likely going to be wearing red, white, and blue, his signature colors.

While he may only be 15 years old, Brandon is quite mature for his age. His mom shares that he’s a people person and very responsible. She often refers to him as a little adult, but he does enjoy having fun, too. He likes hanging out with friends, attending basketball games, constructing 1,000-piece LEGO structures, playing video games, and learning everything he can about computer programming.

Brandon is an extremely well-rounded and brilliant teen which is why he is one amazing kid.
