On Saturday, May 10, 2025, Conscious Moms invites the Baton Rouge community to participate in MILES2MOMS, a free 2-mile run/walk dedicated to raising awareness for Maternal Mental Health (MMH). This event aims to shed light on MMH conditions, which are the leading cause of pregnancy-related deaths and the most common complications during pregnancy and postpartum.

MILES2MOMS offers more than just a physical activity; it’s a chance to unite in support of mothers and families affected by MMH. Participants will have access to resources and the opportunity to connect with others who share a commitment to this vital cause.

Registration is free, and attendees can further support the initiative by purchasing event shirts, available in sizes Small to XX-Large for $29.99 each. Proceeds from shirt sales will fund programs and resources for maternal mental health.
