Dog-ma-tism. Free event at the East Baton Rouge Animal Control, 2680 Progress Road, from 4-5:30 p.m. Monika Kuss, John White and Friends of the Animals Baton Rouge will demonstrate different ways you can put the control back into the relationship with your dog. Windows to Bluebonnet Swamp. In conjunction with the Women's Council of Greater Baton Rouge's Women's Week, the Bluebonnet Swamp is offering this event from 9:30-11:30 a.m. for persons age 18 and up. Join volunteer John Hartgerink as he shares some of his amazing images of the plants and animals that call the nature center home. An optional nature walk follows his presentation.
